Refund Policy

Dirty Dingo is currently offering a limited run of prototype games—raw, rowdy, and ready for testing. Because these are early editions, they may include minor quirks, design variations, or packaging that’s still finding its final form. We want you to love what you get, but we also ask for a little grace as we refine the chaos. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kwhitte@msn.com and we’ll work with you to make it right—whether that’s a replacement, refund, or a cheeky apology card. We don’t offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, gameplay preferences, or small cosmetic imperfections typical of prototype production. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping (if needed) is the buyer’s responsibility. As we grow and polish the final version, we’ll update this policy to reflect our evolving standards.
